Cancellation Policy
We require at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients effectively. Please note that failure to provide a timely notice we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. If this is a prepaid treatment, you will be forfeiting this treatment.
